What a weekend it has been at the First Love Church! The First Love Center in Accra, Ghana was honoured to host world-renowned preacher, Pastor Brian Houston (Founder of Hillsong Church) for the first time last Sunday. This pleasantly surprising visit brought joy and excitement to the congregation.
Pastor Brian, is known for his influential work in the ministry; leading one of the largest churches in Australia, Hillsong Church. Hillsong Worship, the praise and worship collective of Hillsong Church, has blessed the body of Christ with iconic and widely sung worship songs such as “Shout to the Lord”, “Oceans (Where Feet May Fail)”, and “What a Beautiful Name.”
Pastor Brian, at the Center, delivered a powerful sermon on “What It Means to be More Than a Conqueror.” He explored the depths of Christian faith and the victorious life available through Jesus Christ.

Despite heavy rain in Accra, First Lovers turned out in large numbers, demonstrating their eagerness to hear the Word of God by Pastor Brian, having been massive fans of Hillsong from afar. The atmosphere was filled with joyful anticipation as the congregation gathered for this impactful experience.
