Jesus is indeed a healing Jesus! The Healing Jesus Campaign, led by Evangelist Dag Heward-Mills, arrived in the Upper West Region of Ghana on May 17th, 2024 for the much anticipated days of miraculous campaigns. The salvation message of Jesus Christ was preached with a wave of miraculous healings to the towns of Tumu, Lawra, Jirapa and Wa.
The Healing Jesus Campaign, one of the largest evangelical efforts in Africa and in the world, has touched countless lives since its inception in 2004. With a combined population of about 480,619, these towns, predominantly consisting of the Dagaba, Sisaala and Wala tribes, saw many lives transformed by God’s divine power.
The gathering saw fathers, mothers, children and people of all ages experiencing God’s power. Paralysis and hemorrhages were healed. Pain in the knees, hands, legs, back and stomach were healed. The blind left seeing, the deaf left hearing and lumps in breasts were no longer present. The lame who were carried to the campaign grounds, left walking on their own without needing crutches! After days of unforgettable miracles and salvation, the towns of Tumu, Lawra, Jirapa and Wa will have memories of the Healing Jesus Campaign imprinted in their minds forever.
The Upper West Region of Ghana is predominantly non-Christian in religion. However, this did not stop thousands of souls from thronging to the Healing Jesus Campaign grounds to receive divine miracles and healings! Thousands more all around the world, not wanting to miss out on the campaign, joined live on YouTube and X.
During the campaign, the Healing Jesus Campaign Medical Outreach team, with help from Help The Helpless Charity partook in distributing complimentary medical care, clothes, essential supplies (such as mats, buckets and cutlasses) to excited residents in the communities. Residents could not hide their joy and gratitude for the gifts received as they beamed with smiles.
This intense miracle-filled campaign served as a reminder that miracles are not events of the past but living testimonies of the enduring power of Jesus Christ!
